These FacFlow Licence Terms
form part of the Agreement made by the Client with UBID and
govern the Client's use of the site at

DEFINITIONS |
Agreement: A
debt purchase facility made between the Client and UBID or
another company in NatWest Group. |
Message: Any
message or data transmitted through the site using the
allotted activation codes and passwords including requests for
Prepayments, Offers and Notifications. |

USE OF THE SITE |
2.1 |
The Client may use the site for the
purposes of the Agreement. |
2.2 |
The Client will appoint an administrator
to manage the Client's use of the site. The administrator will
be responsible for authorising and supervising users of the
site on behalf of the Client. |
2.3 |
UBID may act on any Message even if the
sender lacked the requisite authority. |

3 |
CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS |
|
The Client will: |
3.1 |
ensure that all Messages are correct and
complete; |
3.2 |
prevent unauthorised access to the site; |
3.3 |
keep secret and confidential the method
of operation of the site, its contents, all activation codes,
passwords and security procedures; |
3.4 |
tell UBID immediately if the Client: |
3.4.1 |
suspects any misuse of the site or any
breach of security; |
3.4.2 |
suspects that there has been any failure
or delay in receiving any Message or any error in a Message
and the Client will assist UBID to remedy the problem; |
3.4.3 |
receives a Message that is not intended
for the Client and the Client will delete the Message
immediately; |
3.4.4 |
discovers that any information on the
site is incorrect. |
